1 Relay switch signal output, switch current signal output, two

Relay switch output mode, the signal output device is reed relay,

Switch current output mode, ( non-contact output way ), the output
signal standard is set to 12V 50MA ( or in connection according to
customer requirements ) switch voltage signal, used for directly
drive the solid-state relays, non-contact switch, due to the

situation.
2 Automatic delay timer start way options
The machine automatically delay start timer, there are two ways:
One is start the machine and start the timer at the same time, the
other is: Workpiece heated to the upper limit setting temperature
begin to timing, , selected by the switch on the front panel,
suitable for quenching, hardening and so on.
3 Automatic delay time scale selection
Factory standard full scale of 9.9 seconds and 99 seconds, selected
by the switch on the front panel, the other scale is set according
to customer requirements
4 Fiber optic sensing
Since the detector adapt to the ambient temperature is below 75 °
C, the use of fiber optic sensing. Detector placed in the main
part, the probe tolerance to adapt to high temperatures and strong
electromagnetic interference environment
5 Fully coaxial laser sighting
Laser direct measurement position and with the actual testing point
is fully same, they can ON or OFF at any time. The laser sighting
switch without any operation, laser sighting will automatically
enter turned off, and in order to reduce the power consumption, the
factory setting is 30 seconds.
6 Easy to operate
Upper limit temperature and lower limit temperature, time set by
the respective plus less key to set, and keep continue display, but
should remember the lower limit temperature should be can not
higher than upper limit temperature. When the upper and lower limit
is same, up the lower limit temperature unless, and also down the
upper temperature, the lower limit temperature down automatic at
the same time. If press temperature difference delete one time,
lower limit temperature =upper limited temperature automatic.
